Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping rates (United States)
- Standard shipping: $8.99 — FREE on orders of $75 or more
- Expedited shipping: $19.99
Exact options and costs for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier once the order ships and aren't guaranteed.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Some items (aerosols, flammable products, colognes, and items with lithium batteries) ship by ground only and can't be sent to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost, damaged, or wrong items
If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
